EBF Last Saturday Dark lightly hazy golden in color with a thin head that dissipates quickly. Slightly earthy with with lots of lime and some smokey flavor and mild heat from the peppers. Nice to try but I cant say what if anything the insects added to the beer. I was told they were added into the boil.

Recent batch dialed back on the chipotles, which helped provide some balance with bright lime aroma and taste. Overall is a nice amount of smoke with big lime presence and just a touch of heat at the back end. Very nice!

Gose with chipotle, lime, and toasted grasshoppers. Flavor profile is on point, I'm glad there is salinity and not just another fruit juice sour. Not sure how man ounces I could drink, chipotle dominates
