Orange hazy color with a thin white head. Smell bursts of citrus and peach....hard to distinguish fruit and hop as they meld so well. Taste is a lesson in nuance and balance, as the light salty tartness & slight hop bite adds another layer to what follows from the nose, bright & juicy citrus and peach flavors with dry finish. Like eating a peach at the beach after getting out of the ocean.
A beautiful counterpoint to all the in-your-face fruit smoothies.....this beer is more about the subtle interplay of hop and fruit.
