A: The beer is clear dar golden yellow in color. It poured with a narrow ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass. There is a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation.
S: Moderate aromas of lemony lactobacillus are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light amount of sourness along with lemony flavors from the lactobacillus.
M: It feels light-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very light and refreshing and has a pleasant amount of tartness.
