Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned May 8th 2019.
Soft looking fluffy and fine bubbled head. Easily managing a tall three finger height with an off white color. Quite a good amount of retention, with a solid appearance, not breaking up very much with these fine bubbles. Opaque, slightly turbid not totally, with a dull lemon and slightly hinting brown shine.
Tropical pineapple hop aroma on the front, with touches of lemon like citrus in the mix as well. Hints slightly grassy a bit with a touch of peppery like spice as well.
Tangy and juicy bodied flavor on the palate. Rich amounts of almost spicy like pineapple/sage with a good citrus oily blast. Decent malt backbone, but lacks just a hint of girth and edge to make the beer even richer. Spicy and warm herbal tones through a real juicy flavorful fruit hop character.
Very solid new school IPA.

16 oz Can dated 2/15/19 poured into a teku glass.
L: Pours a hazy orange/golden color with about 2 fingers of head that leaves nice lacing.
S: Tons of passion fruit, pineapple and papaya, from the galaxy dry hop along with mango and other citrus notes
T: A muted version of the nose. Plenty of citrus flavors and a nice bitterness on the finish.
F: Medium body and carb with a smooth creamy mouthfee
O: A nice IPA but the nose from the dry hop outshines the taste

02/15/19 stamped on side of can. Poured into a glass tumbler.
Hazy amber-gold with 2-finger frothy white head with good retentions and stripes of lacing.
Fruit salad hop aroma of mango, guava, passion fruit, and grapefruit juice with pine. Huge overall aroma profile.
Flavor is not as striking as aroma although still pleasant with strong red grapefruit juice throughout and especially strong in the finish. More pine resin also in the finish. Overall flavor is accented with guava, mango, and pineapple. Medium bitterness that creeps up on you as it warms.
Soft feel with medium body but a little tacky in the finish.
Good not great where higher bitterness maybe doesn’t quite work as well. The overripe fruit character of Galaxy also does not blend in as well.

There is a date stamped to the paper label on the can: "02/15/19"
Appearance: The body of the beer is a milky beige that is opaque but allows shadowy shapes through it. It has an average sized fluffy white head with very good retention. It leaves good lacing on the glass.
Aroma: It has a big aroma of mango and garlic. As the nose approaches the glass there is also a pineapple scent that pops in and fades out. The aroma is very strong and appealing.
Taste: It has a very big mango flavor from the start. There is a bit of grapefruit pulp flavor and some blood orange flavor to the beer. The aftertaste is just a tad grassy but overall it doesn't detract from the flavor because the fruity flavors persist through to the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth and easy to drink. Bitterness feels a bit too low. The body is light and pillowy.
Overall: It's a fantastic beer. I would drink it all the time. The beer is just loaded with aroma and packed full of fruity flavors. It's very enjoyable to drink. I would absolutely recommend picking this one up.
