10/22/20 stamped on left side of label. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy golden-amber with 1-finger off-white head with good retention and copious lacing.
S: Tropical fruit aromas generally with an undercurrent of primal yeast character
T: Flavor is fruity but somewhat indistinct as far as individual fruit flavors — a tropical fruit salad impression. The same farmhouse undercurrent persists throughout the flavor, giving a rough character to most hop and pale malt components. Moderate bitterness and heavy yeast ester character — herbal, raw, primal.
M: Medium body with lowish carbonation and dry finish.
O: The kviek yeast dominates this beer and scoops the fruity hop flavors and jumbles them with the herbal yeast character.

A: Pours a murky medium orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange + medium golden yellow + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/guava + citrus/grapefruit + dank resinous hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + honey + oat malts with a light amount of honey-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + honey + oat malts with a light amount of honey-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/guava + citrus/grapefruit + dank resinous hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving moderate citrus + passionfruit + dank hop flavors lingering.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish. Light amount of hop burn in the finish as well.
O: Drinks pretty easily considering the strength with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with nice tropical + citrus + dank hop flavors and aromas. A touch of hop burn but still quite drinkable.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellow / orange color and a pretty cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: A sweet and light aroma of hops, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, and malt.
T: Tasted of a good shot of tropical fruit (passion fruit, in particular), a fair amount of hops (not overdone, but definitely a factor), light malt notes (mostly in the finish; a subtle presence), and a ton of citrus fruit (orange, especially). like the aroma, the flavor's light, sweet and bright. It's quite zesty, with a nice tang to it. Very tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made DIPA. Drinkable.
