No canned on date. Collaboration between Benchtop and Vasen. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: hazy Arnold Palmer hue with 1-2 finger off-white frothy head with good retention and solid lacing.
S: Aroma is tropical fruit with guava, passionfruit, and pineapple
T: Flavor is very good but not distinctive with a burst of pineapple, guava, mango, and passionfruit with a lighter undercurrent of herbal lemongrass. Low bitterness and hig h fruity ester supporting the overall impression.
M: On par for the style with medium body, low carbonation, and soft overall feel.
O: Another solid NEIPA from both Benchtop and Vasen. I wish it drank a bit lighter and with a bit more bitterness which I've come to look for in Benchtop's NEIPAs.
