Smudged 5/6/20 on label square. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy golden hue with a lot of floating and short-lived 1/2-1 finger off-head with sparse lacing.
S: Aroma is light grainy malt with candied papaya and pineapple with some more musky, dank aroma with agitation. Aroma intensity is low-moderate.
T: Flavor is solid but pretty one-note, but it's a good note of papaya. There are some more generic fruity notes too with more herbal, lemongrass in the background. Low bitterness with low stone fruit esters. Flavor intensity is moderate.
M: Feel is good with a little more aggressive, slightly tacky mouthful. Medium body and low carbonation.
O: I am a little mixed on this beer - the aroma and flavor are 1-D but they do that 1-D very well and the beer is very drinkable. Try it and review it!
