Look: It pours golden and is brilliantly clear. It has a white head with very good head retention.
Smell: It has a bready aroma with pleasant light spicing and apple.
Taste: It has bready malt flavor with light spice and apple. It has other fruity elements in the flavors in the background with a touch of floral.
Feel: It has a medium light body.
Overall, very easy drinking that is just right for a hot summer day.

I don't see a date listed on the can or the label.
Appearance: The body is light gold with only the very slightest bit of haze. It has a medium-sized foamy white head with a creamy texture and wisps of lacing on the glass. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma: It has a slightly spicy, slightly peppery, somewhat floral aroma. There is a wildflower character which mostly dominates. The aroma as a whole is a bit muted but nice.
Taste: A slightly souring twinge flavor develops at the front of the tongue, which quickly develops to a mellow woody oak-like flavor in the middle. There is a light note of bread and then a bright herbal character with a light citrus note, like lemon and thyme.
Mouthfeel: It is smooth and easy drinking with a body that rests on the upper edge of light, reaching towards a low-medium body.
Overall: The label states that this is a " Foeder Aged Kvass Style Lager Bier" and that it is "5.5% ABV." It definitely has a nice woody character which complements the beer as a whole. The combination of herbal and citrus characters in the beer elevate it to a new level, but the wood brings it even higher. It's an excellent beer and I would both highly recommend it and drink it again.

Unfiltered Kvass-style helles lager using Campagne bread from the nearby Chelsea Bakehouse (artisan bakery and pizzeria). Yeasty in the best possible way.
