I don't see any date on the can.
Appearance: The body is a pale gold color that is very hazy but not completely opaque. The head is medium, rocky, and white. The head slowly fades out to a short pillow of white clouds with large chunks of lacing.
Aroma: The beer has an interesting aroma that is both spicy and floral. It starts out with this sharp peppery aroma that smells a lot like ants. There is a pineapple scent in there too. It has a floral scent which is very cool, that only shows up from time to time. The floral aroma borders on fruity. It's unique and enjoyable.
Taste: It starts with this peppery flavor. There is a bit of agave character to the beer which is interesting. It has a light bit of rose water. It's very interesting. After drinking the beer for a while there is a light bit of what tastes like dried pineapple and marshmallow that lingers.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied. slightly off-dry, very clean and well made. Feels easy to drink and very welcome on the palate.
Overall: It's a fantastic beer with a ton of aroma and flavors that range from spicy, to floral, to fruity. It's very well made and enjoyable. I highly recommend it and I would love to buy it again. I'm really looking forward to enjoying the rest of these. What I really like about this beer is that it has a very diverse accompaniment of flavors and aromas.
