L: Poured from a bottle to a goblet. Had a medium brown color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white head that quickly dissipated. Not a whole lot of lacing.
S: A pretty good aroma of honey, yeast, wood, light fruit, and vinegar.
T: Tasted of a bit of vinegar (an underlying sourness), a decent bit of the advertised honey (sweet, but not cloyingly so), a little bit of wood (a very subtle presence), some Belgian-style yeast (a solid backbone), and some notes of apple as well. A solid and well-constructed flavor. Not overly sour, but certainly a factor.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a generally well done sour beer. Worth a look.
