Opaque coral body with a weak bubble cap. Salty wheat, big raspberry, lemon and coriander make up the nose. Taste has everything promised but the oyster. Feel has a little brine with the salt but otherwise as taste is with textures represented. This worked for me as the oyster was a supporting element, letting the playfully sour fruit and base gose shine.
