10/02/20 stamped on edge of label. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy golden with 1-2 finger off-white frothy head with good retention and solid lacing.
S: Aroma is underwhelming to say the least with apricot and grassy/floral notes. There is also some apple skin and pear.
T: Flavor is fine but definitely this is not really a stand-alone hop, more of a helper hop. Flavors are low intensity and mainly peach-apricot and grassy, almost haylike herbal quality. Esters are pretty low as is the bitterness.
M: Feel is good like most all of Benchtop's beers with medium body, low-medium carbonation, and soft finish.
O: Well-brewed without flaws but kind of low voltage all around.
