Poured (repeatedly) from a +/- 2 month old, pint can at Bottle Theory in Elmhurst IL into a 7 oz snifter. Straw yellow, mostly clear, fizzy white head, good retention, smell is citrus, pine, sweet malt. Taste follows suit, mild-to-decent bitterness. Halfway between a traditional APA and a West Coaster, or, a beacon in the sea of hazies. Very enjoyable. Would order again.

I don't see a date on the can or label.
Appearance: The beer has a very hazy and nearly opaque body with a bit of a jello-like appearance at the edge. The body has a light lemon yellow at the edge and a deeper orange in the middle. The head is short, fluffy, and white. It has decent retention.
Aroma: The aroma is very faint. It has a light bit of mango and a hint of peach. It smells nice but it takes a lot of work to draw the aroma into the nose.
Taste: Up front there is a bit of pineapple. The middle has a rye bread, garlic, and hop bine oil flavor. It tastes a bit like a rustic bread with a marmalade on it.
Mouthfeel: It has a body that borders on the upper edge of light and the lower edge of medium. It tingles the tongue a bit and it has a light prickly bitterness. It's pleasant and easy to drink.
Overall: It's a nice beer with an interesting mixture of rustic bread-like flavors and savory herbs with a light tropical fruit note. It is enjoyable to drink and although the aroma is very weak I would still drink it again due to the flavors. I would recommend it.

Good American IPA. Purchased a 16 oz can at The Casual Pint in Virginia Beach. Poured into a pint glass - a hazy straw yellow color with a robust foamy white head. There are thick bands of lacing on the glass and head retention is very good. This beer looks like a NE IPA, but doesn't taste like one!!!! The aroma and flavor feature some dankness, but there is little tropical fruit/fruitiness. This is a fairly bitter beer with some piney hoppiness and some taste of tobacco/nicotine. I like the level of bitterness and the fact it is not just another NE IPA. Mouthfeel is somewhat bitter and rich for the style. This is a very enjoyable beer for those that like hops!!!
