Very good Vienna Lager, would grace the menu at any Mexican restaurant!!! Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer featured a clear, light amber color with a fairly large foamy white head. Excellent retention and thick bands of foamy lacing on the glass. The aroma and flavors were robust for the style. Started out with rich caramel malt with some floral/aromatic aspect and finished up with some nice bitterness. The bitterness was not overdone in keeping with the style. Mouthfeel was moderately light and crisp. The aromatics and bitterness get your attention. One of the better examples of this style I have tried.
