Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Trappistes Rochefort chalice. Lush mouthfeel with a creamy carbonation. Highly aromatic with honeydew melon or maybe honeysuckle, or even a note of jasmine-- a flowery sweet smell. Quite fruity from start to finish. Some candy notes and it is rather sweet for a moderate-alcohol IPA. Overall this is quite flavorful and highly drinkable with loads of hop and less bitterness than most. [This is a new review, after deleting my 2019 glowering over a questionable can from Total Wine's warm shelves.]
