Pours a clear golden with abundant foam in the tall Lager glass. Lovely aroma of lime and honeydew. Crisp and sparkling on the tongue. Pleasant light taste of green melon and maybe cantaloupe with the slightest lime finish. Even just a little sweetness and cereal taste. I should count how many Pilsner-style beers I've had this last year. But it's an appealing style-- the promise of hops, but knowing it won't be a full-on hop attack. This one is as good as any I've had recently. One of the Single Hop Rotating Series. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing. Packaged 11/17/2023.

 

Not a Euro pilsner. This has to be an IPL. Tastes pretty good, very much like an APA, but with that lager lightness. Pretty well done if you like more hops in your lager.

Got one of these from my job because they got samples sent to them. It's very balanced tasting beer with a medium-dry finish accompanied by the fruity & citrusy aromas & flavors that come with mosaic hops with some herbal notes on the nose. The beer is very clear but head retention is something to be desired (might have to do with getting it in the can). Has a medium body with a medium amount of carbonation (probably around 2.3 to 2.5 volumes of CO2). Overall a very refreshing and tasty beverage. How much you enjoy the beer comes down to whether or not you like mosaic hops.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head . Smell has fruity and malty notes . Taste has citrus ,berries ,melon and grassy herbal notes . A crisp and quenchable mouth feel, fruity hops and malt in finish.
