Brewery I never heard of, had 3 beers brought back, really liked all 3 of them.
Pours a hazy bright yellow. Makes a strong white head with good retention. 1/2" deep. Not the most original but the Citra and Mosaic hop bill here pops in the nose with all the dankest tropical down under and sweet citrus flesh.
Taste continues to push the normal citrus and tropical fruit flavors with those 2 hops, tangerine, orange, papaya, weed, garlic. The body is light but not hazy watery or trubby. Really happy they went with a pale ale instead of an ipa or dipa. We need more mega proprietary hopped pale ales. They seem to all go into the 8%'ers out there. Diversify your portfolio. I guess there are Simcoe hops here, but they seem to contribute to the mouth feel only, that bitter kick might have been what kept the hazy flaked aspect of the malt bill from feeling trubby, Simcoe nice usage here.
Sweet story on the label too. I like it. Wholesome.

Dark gold haze with a decent head. Aroma is strong, citrus and hoppy, a little grassy. Taste follows - the Citra and Mosaic hops are very forward here, a little sweetness too. Mouthfeel is rich and full for an IPA of this ABV. Very solid and appealing.

On tap at the brewery in South Philadelphia.
Hazy golden body with a good white head.
Sweet upfront with a moderately strong bitter finish. Some dank and herbal notes along with citrus.
Overall: this APA is dank and earthy and will please hop heads who like those traits.
