On tap at the brewery in South Philadelphia.
Near opaque and black body with a very good white beige head that leaves ample lacing.
Worrisome vegetative aroma with no coffee. Flavor, somehow, is much better but the coffee element is light, nearly subtle. Flavor build nicely in the finish and aftertaste. Smooth medium body.
Overall: grain-forward (not coffee) coffee stout.
