Belgian-style tripel gently spiced with sweet orange peel, sumac and a touch of alfalfa honey. Tasting Notes: orange blossoms with a yeast driven complexity followed by a pleasant, lingering, warm finish.

A couple of buddies and I stopped in and each had one of these. Just enough sweetness with a strong kick. Definite taste of honey but not overpowering.
