There comes a time in everyone’s life when you want to try something new. So we did. Welcome “Nouveau Fresh”, our take on a modern west coast IPA.
This fun guy was a collaboration with our friends at @lallemandbrewing & @yakimachief using Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, Motueka and Comet hops fermented with a new yeast strain called Pamona. The yeast is a modern/hybrid IPA yeast that finishes dry and promotes tropical notes to balance out the dankness of the Columbus.
As much as we love the old school we also like pushing some boundaries and trying something new.
