Pours a dark amber with thick, solid head.
Smell is fruity, but with some anchoring malty sweetness. Floral and citrusy with some notes of brown bread.
Taste is malty and sweet with some wort bread in the base. Notes of strawberry jam and citrus lead into a floral fruitness and a nice bitterness. Brown bread on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, balanced ale.
