Pours cloudy copper into a glass from a can. White head is very frothy with large open bubbles. Lacing is sticky and clingy.
Aroma is a little soapy, with melon skin, sweet passionfruit and dry floral grass making up the rest. The flavour is a definate match with more of that floral grassy hop, passionfruit, grapefruit, watermelon and slight soapiness. A little bitter on the back, there isn't much of a malt character, more grassy and perfumed with a slight pineyness from the Australian Vic Secret hops.
The body is light and resiny. There is a low carbonation and a dryness on the swallow.
Overall it's a nice floral pale ale with good drinkability.
