Sweet honey malt and oats give this sour mash IPA a rich, creamy body, balanced by floral and citrus tartness from the mash before tropical and orange hop notes round off the flavour. Aromas of marmalade, acacia honey and biscuits with a lightly tart, yet juicy finish.

Pours a hazy orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is fruity and tart with notes of citrus and Refreshers candy.
Taste is tart and citrusy, with a bit of bitterness and a slightly weird note of cured meat and smoke.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good sour IPA, but I don't know if the meat flavor was really intended.
