It looks cloudy and smells a little sour. Head retention is good and it leaves lacing on the glass. The taste is slightly sour and very hoppy with grapefruit notes. Mouthfeel is excellent as there are many tiny little bubbles. Overall this is a very good beer.

Urban Village Brewing Co. "Ghostface Keller"
$4/8 oz. on tap at the brewery on 3 August 22
Notes: Keller Pilsner brewed with Pils, wheat, and rye.
Look: Cloudy golden with an orange sheen beneath a short head of creamy white foam. Very good head retention and OK lacing.
Smell: The aroma is clean, bready, and spicy - the rye is clear.
Taste: The flavor follows the aroma. It's lightly sweetish, bready, spicy, and lightly grassy and herbal. It's clean with just a touch of underlying yeasty sulphur. It's firmly bitter, and dry in the finish with lingering spiciness, dusty earth, grass, and dull dried herbs.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: It's not a Pilsner in my opinion but I understand why they added the rye and it works.
