Clear golden yellow color with a thin white colored head and thin lace. Very light aroma wheat malt and notes of citrus. Light bodied with a mildly sweet, clean and lightly grainy malt flavor with hints of citrus to it. Mild grassy hops on the finish with a very faintly dry mouthfeel and ghostly hints cilantro, lightly lemony aftertaste. Light bodied with a good amount of carbonation to it.

Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a clear golden color. There was a good white head that left some lacing. Nice nose. Wheat, some spice, some tart fruits. The taste is good. Some tartness, wheat, some bitter citrus. Nice!

Family Tree has a very thick, white head of foam, a clear, gold-straw appearance, lots of energetic, ascending bubbles, and heavy glass lacing. The aroma is of overripe banana, pecan shell, coriander, spiced white bread, and musty closet. Taste is of those elements, with some noticeable hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Family Tree finishes crisp and refreshing.

A: Very light, opaque, wheat color with a half finger off-white head that dissipated quickly. Not much lacing.
S: Wheat and caramel malts. But mainly wheat.
T: Light and refreshing. Wheat-y, grainy with caramel malts backing it up.
M: Low to medium with low carbonation.
O: A terrific walking/session beer. Perfect for the parade season. Perfect for summer, too.
