Can: Poured a clear golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes, light herbal hops with faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable pilsner with good drinkability.

473 ml can served cold into a St. Pauli Girl Mug. LCBO purchase for around $3 CDN.
Appearance - Fairly clear, pale golden color, Very straw-like. A nice finger plus of loose white head rests on top and stays awhile. Some spotty lacing clings to the edges of the glass.
Smell - Grain and grass mostly with some spicy and leafy hop features underneath the surface. Good intensity.
Taste - Some grain, with a moderately buttery finish, spicy hops with some solid bitterness. A little sweetness under the surface. Well put together pils.
Mouthfeel - Medium light bodied, with modest carbonation, slightly spicy and peppery finish and slight astringency on the tongue.
Overall - A very nice pils that has an extra hoppy kick, well worth the time and effort to try this local gem. Different take on a German pils, but matches up well with some of the good ones abroad.
