16oz can into a glass. Freshness dating indecipherable.
Looks very nice in the glass. Orange/amber body with an initially good white head. This shrinks to a ring and faint covering, leaving heavy lacing early on.
Slightly earthy tropical fruit aroma.
On tasting, it's a pretty good balance here. Bitter hop bite, very good sweet malt background. A light grapefruit hit. Overall bitterness edges the sweet.
Mouth closer to full than medium, finish the bitter side of bittersweet.
Overall, enjoyed this one. Well brewed standard beer for the style.
