Our Shifting Gears Series is an ever-changing India Pale Ale recipe with each batch number, using different hops, grains or yeast for each.
#27 is a hazy IPA brewed with 2-row malted barley, flaked oats, Vienna, Carapils & Carahell crystal malts; & fermented with Kveik yeast. Heavily dosed in the whirlpool and dry hop with Amarillo and Mosaic hops give notes of stone fruits and a hint of melon.

Can dated 10/25/21 into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a brief off-whie head. Good lacing. Initial impression is citrus, almond, and a touch of honey or caramel. Mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. Finish is somewhat bitter and slightly dank. Overall, an IPA that's different enough to stand out from the crowd.
