Brewed with 2-row barley malt and flaked corn; fermented with an American Cream ale yeast strain and hopped with Cascade hops for hints of pine, resin, and citrus. This beer is a collaborative effort between us, Collusion Tapworks, and Archetype Pizza/Roost Uncommon Kitchen.

A pint can into a Nonic. Pale straw, a decent head that dissipates and leaves some splotchy lacing.
A weak nose and lightly toasted malt, hints of caramel, mild bitterness and hop flavor. Hints of citrus.
Likely a good beer to enjoy with pizza as the collaboration suggests, it is unlikely to alter the flavor of what you’re eating, as well as quench your thirst.
