This is one of the few highly, exceptionally rated beers I've ever had. It's nearly perfect by my standards. I had it on draft and honestly couldn't get enough of it. I need more of this beer in my life.
It's perfectly balanced in all the key arenas. I loved the massive amounts of mango that just wallops your senses, yet it's just hoppy enough to remind you that it's still an IPA.
I could go on and on, but I have no need to.
Simply put, get this beer and find out for yourself.

Poured 16 oz can into snifter. Looks like a glass of pulp-less OJ with a 2.5 white head. Fades into a thin cap with thick webs of lacing on my glass. Aroma is very mango with some grapefruit and citrus notes. The flavor is almost ripe mango and some grapefruit and orange juice. It is a bit distracting on the finish with very green bitter hops and tart grapefruit rind. Feel is medium with good carbonation and a dry finish. I would have enjoyed it even more if it was sweeter and less bitter.

Poured a bright orange juice color with a hefty white head. Hazy with no translucence. Aromas were bright with sweet oranges and notes of mangos. The smell was not so hoppy, more malt forward. The flavors were similar. Very orange and mango forward with sweetness and body from the lactose. There is an assertive spiciness from the hops. Not peppery or hot but noticeable around the mouth. Just like many other NE IPAs, this one was not so hoppy. Overall a sweet juicy beer. The lactose gives a nice sweetness and fuller body. And the bright and hazy color sure make it an attractive looking beer!

16oz tallboy can. Served in a snifter glass. Pours a milky and creamy orange body, pretty much orange juice out of a can. One finger white head, good retention, trace lacing. Smell is mango, grainy malt, caramel, a bit of lactose-like sweetness, toasted biscuit, moderately aromatic grapefruit and citrus hops. Flavour is a bit more bland than the nose would have you expect; it's not like the creamsicle IPA in terms of the lactose and vanilla; but it is more like a standard citrusy IPA with some mango and tropical fruit flavours behind it. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, creamy with a good substance to it, orange and mango-forward finish on the backend. Moderate bitterness.
