A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down and completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pineapples are preset in the nose.
T: The taste is a bit sour and has flavors of pineapples.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly creamy (from the lactose) on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and light from the wheat and has an interesting combination of sourness, pineapples, and lactose.
Serving type: can

A: Pours a relatively clear pale bright yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate straw yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy fizzy foamy bright white head that reduces to small patch of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a minimal amount of lactose sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate aromas of lacto tart lemon citrus and moderate aromas of ripe tropical/pineapple.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with a minimal amount of lactose sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lacto tart lemon citrus. Finally there is a moderate flavor of ripe tropical/pineapple. Light amounts of lingering tartness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of creaminess with a very light amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and refreshing. Enjoyable with lighter than expected amounts of lactose sweetness but nice ripe pineapple flavors + aromas.

Appearance - The beer poured a golden color with a white head.
Smell - The nose truly smelled like fresh pineapples. It was both tart and sweet.
Taste - Juicy tart pineapples were very present. There was a wheat backbone with a creaminess that hinted at lactose sugar. With all of the sweetness, the beer ended very dry.
Mouthfeel - For the style, the carbonation seemed a bit low. There was a bit of creaminess to the feel.
Overall - Not sure if I got a better batch than other reviewers, but I enjoyed this.
