16 oz. Can
CANNED: 09/26/18
Over 5 months on this can. FUCK!
Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew, even with all the months on it. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake! Nice to see it around here, Cheaper/Fresher though.

Untitled Art / The Full Pint "NEPA"
16 fl. oz. can, "09/12/18 11:53"
$4.49 @ Knightly Spirits O.B.T., Orlando, FL
Notes via stream of consciousness: So I'm not sure where this beer goes as the label reads "BREWED + CANNED FOR OUR FRIENDS AT THE FULL PINT BY UNTITLED ART". Is it a Full Pint Beer, or an Untitled Art beer? Whatever. It's poured a cloudy orange body beneath a short head of white. It looks like a glass of orange juice. The aroma is juicy with citrus and tropical fruits, namely pineapple, orange, mango, passionfruit, guava, and grapefruit. The flavor follows with the same fruitiness. Let me see if I can pick anything else out... ah ha! - apple and white grape! Maybe a little bit of red grape as well, and... is it there or am I imagining it, papaya? You get the idea, and to be honest it's not nearly the most tropical beer I've ever had. There's a lot of hop resin to it as well, and some earthy notes that help to dry it in the finish along with a moderate bitterness. In the mouth it's medium bodied, perhaps medium bodied leaning towards medium-light, and gently crisp and then smooth. It's interesting, although not the most complex NEAPA I've tasted, and refreshing and juicy. As a bonus, at least for me at the moment, although anyone could use it sometime, this is only 4.5% abv and yet it's got all the flavor of many stronger versions. I'd say it's certainly worth trying.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on October 21, 2018. Brewed with Vic Secret and Ella hops. Hazy with notes of juicy pineapple and passionfruit.

A: Pours an extremely murky/milky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and faint bright medium yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange zest, tropical/mango, and dank resinous hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + honey malts with a light amount of honey + lactose sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + honey malts with a light amount of honey + lactose sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange zest, tropical/mango, and dank resinous hops which imparts a hint of bitterness which fades quickly leaving a lingering citrus + tropical hop flavor.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of crispness initially with a really smooth/fluffy mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. A really nice soft fluffy mouthfeel and very enjoyable. I could easily have a couple of these.

16oz can, snifter glass. It's essentially the same beer as the other version that they brewed with TPB- see that listing for further details. But basically, same body- cloudy golden yellow, one finger white head, fair retention and lacing. Grapefruit, mineral, a bit of citrus zest, touch of resin. It's essentially the same thing, but I guess brewed for a beer news site. Medium body, good carbonation, nice body on a APA. Solid stuff, a bit pricey at the standard UA pricetag, though.
