Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 9, 2018. Cloudy but not the haze typically associated with a true NEIPA. Lacks the thick feel of the style as well.

First beer of this style and first from this brewery.
Brew date /11/15/18 poured from pint can into English pint glass.

Opaque off orange/ tangerine look. Hearty 3/4 inch white foam head, lasting nicely and clinging tightly to side of glass.
Smell is a wonderful mix of citrus orange, grapefruit and a piney hop scent. Smell is very enticing as I wait for the first taste.
Taste is a follow up to the scent except for the intensity. The smell had me wanting a big bold explosion of flavors. Not quite an explosion but a good amount of deep smooth citrus flavor with a touch of hoppy bitterness at the finish.
Medium mouth feel, with low carbonation.
Smooth mouth feeel.
As this is my first NEIPA I can only rate this beer as is and not compared to another of like style. That said this beer was complex, flavorful and would buy again for a change of pace. I look forward to tasting others of this style.
Tip: pour slow to avoid sediment near bottom.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 11/15/18

My first from this brewery.

Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice cloudy yellow/orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some very nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, melon, cantaloupe, mango, apricot), with some pretty nice little diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a really nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, melon, cantaloupe, mango, apricot), pretty nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty brew. Addictive! Orange Juilus! Milkshake!. Glad to see them around here.

Pouring from a 16 oz. can into a Willi Becher glass, this beer pours out completely hazy and burnt orange in color. It forms three fingers worth of dense and creamy off orange colored crown with good retention.

The nose brings citrus juice along with a little sweetness. Maybe some honey or slight caramel malt.

Once tasted, it comes in with a creamy and smooth citrus. Has a slight tang and dry cracker/bready/biscuity backbone. Sweetness is still there, being more caramel than honey like. Some balanced bitterness on the backend.

Overall, I like the layers this brings.

Not gonna dive too far in here cause the beer is pretty boring
Hazy good look white head. 1 finger
Smell is minimal can’t get much
Taste s a little soft malt on the front with s boring bitter finish. Nothing really fruity or tropical. Just someone trying to put haze in a class.
Falls well short of the best

Pours a very cloudy golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is good. Citrus aroma. Some tropical elements. Mild pine. Overall too light of an aroma, though. Malty taste. Citrus with very mild earthiness. Mild piney bitterness. Light to medium bodied with mild carbonation.

Poured 16oz can into snifter. A cloudy gold color with a nice white 2 finger head that fades into a thick cap and leaves behind webbed lacing. The scent is mild citrus and tropical with the hops not hitting the olfactories all that hard. The citrus sweetness of the fruits is really pleasant with some light grapefruit. Brings in some tropical notes of pineapples and kiwi and finishes with citrus, pine and light malt. A nice medium body that is sticky and has soft carbonation. I go back and forth on this one. It isn't overly sweet like some NEIPA, but at times seems like a watered down juice instead of all out juiciness.

This particular beer doesn't seem to conform particularly well to style - given the title, I was expecting thick, hazy, sweet, and juicy. Certain aspects do align appropriately - the beer is thick and opaque, and there's definitely some juice to it. But, that juice seems to be more of the grapefruit variety, with quite a lot of hoppy bitterness. It doesn't finish all that clean either, which is a big pet peeve of mine. I like to drink many IPAs in a row - when they finish dirty and unpleasant, I'm more inclined to go back to water and call it a day.

While the beer boasts some decent qualities, I'm not particularly pleased by it. I'd give it a 3.5 at best - this is one of Untitled's less appealing beers of late. Hoping for better, as I just bought a wholllllllle lot of their cans recently...
