Cloudy orange with a couple fingers of foam that fades rapidly.
Smells like a lemon-orange soda, Orangina or something similar.
Sour lemon, orange, and grapefruit flavors, juicy with a bright sourness that dries out quickly.
Light bodied and spritzy. Overall it’s not bad, though sort of a one trick pony.

Pours a completely hazy opaque, almost juice like light orange color. Thick frothy white head dissipates quickly leaving no residual head.
Aroma has notes of orange and citrus with a strong tart tangy twinge on the nose with a slight greek yogurt like aroma. The fruit aromas are prominent to the detriment of any underlying wheat aromas.
Taste is very acidic and tart. Citrus notes come through up front with a strong acidic tartness. On the back end you get a hint of the wheat base, but its largely overshadowed by the lactic acid.
Feel is light to medium bodied. Puckering sensation builds immediately cascading through the finish. Semi-dry finish.
Overall this is just way too acidic for a Berliner weisse - make it more balanced and easier to drink and it would be a nice take on the style. As it is, its way too sour for the style.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 16oz. can into Torst stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Muddy and kind of pale looking. Nose is citrus, lime and lemon. Rather muted though not unpleasant. Beer opens lime and rotting orange. Tart but there's a waxy bitterness that predominates. I can't get past it. More citrus and lemon acidity towards the end but the bitterness never fades. It's awkward. Body is light with moderate carbonation. Light and a little slick on the palate and goes down aggressive, almost acrid. Aftertaste is a little harsh.
Not good. Would not revisit.

16oz can, willi becher glass. Cloudy darker golden body, one finger white head, short retention and no lacing. Smell is citrus, a touch of milky lactose sweetness, light grain, yogurt, a bit of lemon zest as well. Flavour follows, fairly straight forward berliner flavour with a bit more lemon than usual. Medium lighter bodied, easy drinking, nice thirst-quencher.

Cloudy orange colored pour with a bubbly white head. Light sweet citrus aroma. Very tart citrus flavor...lots of orange standing out. Fairly light bodied and drinks easy.
