Best By: 04/21/24. My my, that's some fortitude.
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, golden body with a decent-sized, white head. Minimal lacing.
Smell: Passion fruit and citrus fruitiness with berry and herbal tones on top of a lightly sweet graininess.
Taste: Lightly sweet, grainy, crackery pils progressing towards the herb wrapped strawberry, passion fruit and grapefruit. Slightly bitter. Encroaching camphor flavor midway. Drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.

Huge billowing head of foam that rises above the rim like a snowdrift. Dense chunks of lacing coat the glass, the foam barely parting after a couple sips. Pale brassy gold, slightly hazy.
Aroma of swilly lager yeast, crackery pilsner malt, lightly fruity apple ester.
Taste is clean and crisp, some grassy noble hops as advertised, slightly resiny and dry in the finish, a grippy feel across the teeth. Light bodied with supple carbonation, it’s refreshing and easily drinkable. If I had to guess, i’d say it was modeled after Tipopils.

Poured at a measured 55 degrees in a pilsner glass. (What else) A light honey color, a bit hazy. Rich creamy head, white in color. Nice carbonation. grain aroma and a good balance of hops. Smooth mouth feel, with a clean finish. Very drinkable. For the can collector, another nice addition.

Canned On: 06/13/19
Poured into a Tired Hands glass a pretty nice clean/clear dark golden yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, hoppy, with some lemons, grassy, some pepper. The taste is nice, malty, hoppy, with some lemon, grassy, spicy. Medium body, ABV is hidden nicely, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a tasty brew.

Pale yellow color; incredibly active carbonation; head is thick, white, and creamy. Beautiful aroma; citrus and gentle spices; mild biscuit scent. Well-balanced multitude of flavors; biscuit and lemon; bread crust; fine hop bitterness; mild estery juiciness. Light body with a gentle sharpness on the palate; fairly dry throughout; warm.
This is an outstanding pilsner collaboration between Untitled Art and Fair State. Light, balanced and flavorful with a wonderful complexity for the style.

Appearance - Pours crystal clear golden with a rocky white cap excellent retention.
Aroma - Grain , biscuit, grassy hops, mild malt and a hint of spices.
Taste - Grassy hops, light floral taste, grain, malt, biscuit, light lemon, toast.
Feel - light bodied carbonation does not seem as light as it should be actually a little creamy and soft. Mouth feels a little slick after drinking it.
Overall - It tastes fine feel is a little off for me

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 6/13/2019. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of pale malts and earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Slight lingering resins through the glass. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an awesome German pilsner. All around awesome robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome clean pils malt showcase, with great noble hop presence/balance. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example.

From a 12 oz. can into a Willi Becher style glass, this beer pours out a light straw/lemon color. It’s bright and I would guess unfiltered because of the haze throughout. Over a finger worth of bone white crown rests on top. Nice, spotty lacing left the whole way through.
The nose carries notes of grain, cracker, slight honey and grass.
The taste falls a bit flat for me. Just not a lot going on, even for the style. It shows some grass, some sweet corn.
Slightly bitter, well carbonated. They did hit the light, refreshing and crisp notes a pils should have.
I was a little everywhere on this. I would like the bitterness toned back and allow other aspects to show through. Not bad, not great.

12oz can, willi becher. Slightly cloudy unfiltered golden body. One finger white head. Lacing is nice. Smell is noble hops, mildly bitter resin, biscuit and a touch of honey. Lemon marmalade, of sorts follows through on the palate. Medium lighter bodied, easy to drink, lots of flavour with a nice mild resinous bitterness and dryness on the backend. Not sure what the Italian part is all about, but it's pretty solid.

Not sure what makes this an Italian Pilsner, they used 100% German hops.
