Solid finger of basic white, extremely airy and loose and thus gone in a moment. Fully hazy while staying light on the main, apricot pulp in color. Noticeable spine of herbal dankness to the nose, black tea leaf, tar, however, yields to muscular papaya, guava to apricot fruit scents, more floral than citrusy, shows controlled power and lingers for some time. Medium-bodied, similar profile in the mouth with credible firmness and sufficient dryness so that’s it’s more than a fruit bomb. Cocoa, bubblegum, pepper and country style bread, grassiness is lighter so contours stay round. The mango, guava, peach fruit steady and not looking to be spectacular. Sweet grapefruit, tangerine citrus fit in well. All that said, carbonation has bite and the damp herbal matter have the final word. (Canned 7/29/19)
