Pours a neon pink with a finger of white head. Dissipates quickly. This is mostly opaque. Some translucence.
Nose is floral sweetness. I'm assuming this is the dragonfruit. Some tartness peeks out. Watermelon is present as well.
Taste is bigger floral presence. Almost like rose flavored candy. Not really my thing. Has a nice quality tartness though. The floral notes lingers for a while then fades into a mild watermelon rind flavor. A nice little outro. No hops to be found. Not much in the way of an IPA.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lively carbonation. It has almost a silky quality. Smooth.
This reminds of a limited brew that Czig Meister made called Metronome. A watermelon sour brewed with lactose. That was a beautiful summertime beer. This falls short of refreshing for me though due to the heavy floral quality. Perhaps this is emblematic of dragonfruit. I'm not sure, never actually having it. This brew is an experiment that, while not a failure, may be held back simply because of the choice of fruit. Perhaps if you are a fan of dragonfruit, I would hope that you enjoy this. Not bad, just not for me.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on November 20, 2019. Brewed in collaboration with Barrel Culture Brewing & Blending. Love the color. Aroma and flavor, not so much.

Vibrantly pinkish/red ale, lively body, barely translucent. Huge head production, decent retention, and very nice lacing.
Smells almost like a mixture of vitamins and watermelon Jolly Ranchers, along with a slightly sour punch. A bit musty. It smells pleasant and fruity, but not much like a beer or an IPA - sour or otherwise.
Quite sour on the palate, lip-smackingly so, along with sweet tones of dragonfruit and watermelon, and a pungent earthy mild dankness. Refreshing and lively. It's tough to pick the hops out of the lineup from the potent and sour fruit, but they definitely contribute to the overall experience. A very nice and fun beer, but one I wouldn't keep in my normal rotation.
