Had on draft, poured into a snifter glass, light reddish color, smelled and tastes like berries, delicious.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy purple in color. It poured with a quarter finger high light pink head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of marshmallows are present in the nose along with notes of raspberries and blackberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has balanced flavors of marshmallows, raspberries, and blackberries.
M: It feels medium-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked how this beer incorporated the marshmallows into the smell and taste of this beer as it is an ingredient that you normally do not see.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on March 1, 2020. Brewed in collaboration with Arkane Aleworks. A kettle sour loaded with raspberry, blackberry and marionberries along with marshmallow to give an amazing and unique drinking experience. Sweet, tart and marshmallow fluff work well together in this crazy new beer.
