Appearance - Even though it did not taste like it, the beer was the color of Pondwater. It was kind of a murky brownish green.
Smell - There was a fair amount of lime in the nose. Sour notes were also present.
Taste - I detected more ginger then lime in the taste. There was also a creaminess from lactose. I found myself wanting more lime. There were sour notes before a dry wheat finish.
Mouthfeel - Lactose lent itself to a thicker body. Carbonation was evident.
Overall - There was too much ginger and not enough lime.
