Poured at fridge temp. Pours black, but definitely doesn't look "thick". somewhat similar to what an old Black Tuesday looks like. The nose is crazy. Nose is marshmallow, bourbon, toffee, graham crackers, chocolate, brown sugar, booze, and a touch of roasted malts. The taste generally follows the nose, but not quite as good. Big toffee, chocolate, brown sugar, and a touch of harsh booze. The ABV is very detectable. Some marshmallow, vanilla ice cream, and a bit of dark fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied - boozy and sweet. Really good, overall.

Moderate tone of black to the body with a tan cap that quickly fades into a ring. I'm getting more nut, caramel, chocolate malt and bourbon in smell. Taste has all the title adjuncts but falls apart into hot cocoa, bourbon and vanilla about three-fourths through the sip. White chocolate and macadamia nut are both so tricky, so for this to work so much is impressive. Feel does well to feature the bourbon the whole way but have solid malts and adjunct textures to carry. A different take on the dessert stout that is quite good

I shared a bottle of this beer with good friends and old neighbors at Flight Bottle Shop and Tasting Room in Yorkville, Illinois. It poured an opaque dark with no head and no lace. The scent was a kin to Little Debbie fudge brownies with the nuts in top. The taste was sweet leaning and easy to sip. Mixed in with the booze was chocolate fudge, vanilla and nuts. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had subtle carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Sweet milk chocolate, prominent macadamia nuts, and hint of vanilla barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with Hawaiian chocolate covered macadamia nuts upfront...and then a subtle barrel and vanilla finish. This is a little thinner than most barrel aged stouts, but the flavor profile is on point. If this was a little more viscous, it would really help to bring out the white chocolate vibes more. This is still really tasty...and I don't know where they are hiding the 17.7% ABV! This is good stuff!

I loved the original Macadamia White Chocolate Stout, so I was super excited by this one. The original was already at 15%, so this certainly didn't need anything else added to it, but they did! It's probably approaching too much but it was still good. Not great but good, certainly below the original. The feel and look are on point but the taste is a bit strong and has a touch too much bite to it.
