Sampling a cellar temp 12 oz can poured into my snifter. Date Stamp is 10-26-2021.
Pours a surprisingly copper color from the can and exhibits as a dark mahogany with garnet highlights in the glass.
I missed the gold stout in the name of the beer. A dense creamy khaki colored head of 1 cm foams up and fades to a thin edge layer soon after the pour. I do get some scattered lattice when I swirl the beer or take a sip. Honestly doesnt look terribly stout like in the glass.
Aroma is some sweet brown sugar and cinnamon with a bit of a doughnut scent and some sweet general fruitiness. No hop character and not any fusol booze here. But the nose isnt very stout like either IMO. Ive had other gold stouts that smell like chocolate or roasted malt, not here.
First sip reveals a medium body with very fine and tingly carbonation. texture is smooth and the beer drinks pretty easy.
Flavor is similar to the nose. I get cinnamon and brown sugar with some bready sweet doughnut notes. A bit of vanilla is in there and there is some warmth on the finish. Also a bit of sweet fruit, almost like a cordial candy. The warming could be booze or cinnamon spice?
No hop character here either.
This is a tasty beer that is definitely sweet and does taste like a cinnamon roll. But doesnt look the part of a stout and has no typical stout flavors or aromas (roasted malts, chocolate etc). This would be better labled cinnamon roll amber ale in my opinion.

Aroma is a big sweet cinnamon roll and fruit. The flavor is fruit, malts and a pervasive sweet cinnamon roll/vanilla icing finish.

Poured from a 12oz can into a tasting glass really showed off the beautiful color and head along with releasing the wonder Cinnamon aroma, the first taste was awesome indeed and was straight on Cinnamon Roll with spice and bread notes. The 8% ABV is hidden well and the flavors stay with you as you continue to enjoy, I think this is one of the best flavored Stouts I’ve ever had!

12 oz. Can
Canned On: 10/26/21
Poured into a tulip a pretty nice dark brown color, with some pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus tan head, which also leaves some minimal sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, malty, hoppy, with a pretty nice touch of chocolate/toffee, vanilla, licorice, cinnamon. The taste is pretty nice, malty, hoppy, with a pretty nice touch of chocolate/toffee, vanilla, licorice, nice touch of cinnamon, with some spicyness. Medium Body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a slight dry/bitter finish, a very nice sipper. Overall, this is pretty tasty.

Sweet, spicy, savory, buttery, confectionary and generally the perfume of airports near and far, Untitled Art uses a popular cinnamon roll for inspiration in making a pastry "golden" stout.
Pouring with a rusty bronze amber and tawny brown, Cinnamon Roll Gold Stout glazes over with a mild and murky haze. As a short but frothy head bubbles away, a scent of vanilla cream, caramel and savory fried dough greets the nose with pastry-like whimsy. Caramel, honey, powdered sugar and an overall sugary glaze coats the tongue with a creamy maltiness somewhat of crème brûlée.
And those sweet an savory impression continue to batter away at the sweet tooth as its sweet maltiness is unrelenting and persistent straight into a fat malt finish. As suggestions of root beer and dr. pepper sodas come to mind, there's a toasted sugar flavor that emulates pie crust with a butterscotch crust. With virtually no bitterness, the beer balanced solely toward sweetness.
Cloyingly sweet, delicious but difficult in palatability, the beer is best enjoyed a few ounces at a time. Where the taste of cinnamon rolls don't really come to mind first, there's a vanilla cream, root beer float impression that takes center stage with hints of cinnamon spice for decoration and charm.
