Can. Tan head with lace. Dark brown color.

Might be my favorite NA or for sure my favorite dark NA. Sweet, smores. Hersheys, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Smooth, flavorful. Light roast in the finish.

12oz can poured into a snifter; dark brown pour, nearly opaque but showing light on the edges, with a small khaki head. Cinnamon, chocolate, pastry-like graham cracker, impressions of marshmallows...pretty darn good, overall one of the most expressive non-alcoholic brews I've ever tried.

12oz can purchased on a lark at Pilgrim's in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, for $2.99.

Poured into a probably confused snifter, this certainly looked the part of a pastry stout. Very dark brown, virtually black. Big, creamy looking dark tan head.

Smells like a s'mores based ice cream. Rich chocolate aroma with a scent resembling graham crackers.

While it still has a resemblance to s'mores in the taste, that is where it loses its resemblance to a beer, pastry stout or any other kind. Tastes more like a chocolate ice cream float of some sort after the ice cream has melted. It's not bad, but in no way resembles what it's trying to impersonate.

Body is curiously thin yet creamy, with a level of carbonation resembling a flat soft drink.

An interesting beverage that misses the mark, but is much better than the last dark NA beer I had last week, which mostly resembled prune juice.

A: The beer is essentially jet black in color. It poured with a half finger high beige colored head that gradually died down and left a thin collar around the edge and a film of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of marshmallows are present in the nose along with hints of chocolate.
T: The taste is dominated by flavors of marshmallows.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this stout to be quite tasty for a non-alcoholic beer. It also had a pleasant, smooth mouthfeel.

Pours clear, dark brown in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is their Chocolate Milk Stout with a bit more roastiness, Graham cracker and marshmallow. Medium heavy body, moderate carbonation, sweet and roasty. Makes for a nice dessert stout. Taste wise I prefer Chocolate Milk but these guys make dessert NA Brews like Southern Tier does for full strength. Worth seeking out.
