Pours a dark purple blueberry purée with a finger of pink head quickly reducing to a still liquid; no ring, no lacing. Nose is maple syrup, blueberry smoothie, vanilla ice cream and a graham crackery honey note. Taste follows suit with a bit of the tart base coming through. Overall an excellent smoothie sour and very delicious.
