16 oz. Can
Canned: 12/15/21

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy dark pale yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, apple, mango, peach), vanilla, some tart/sour, pretty nice little diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, apple, mango, peach), very nice touch of vanilla, pretty nice little diesel like, pretty nice sweetness, and some pretty nice tart/sourness. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

If traditional Germans can put fruit syrups in their sour ale, then so can Untitled Art and Pontoon breweries. Their collaboration Berliner Weisse-styled ale amps up the alcohol percentage and introduces the fruits of peach, pineapple and apple at different times than classically of Germany, but the result is a rounded, fuller and definitely fruitier version of its base flavor.

Sweet & Sour Georgian Peach gets going with a pale, cloudy and matte golden appearance. As its creamy froth builds on the rim, the captivating scent of peaches are on the forefront of the nose. With a backdrop of other fruit additions, the scent evolves into a tropical, cidery, soothing vanilla and tangy winey scent. As the flavors roll onto the early palate, its sweetness is pleasantly cereal-like with whole wheat, cream and sourdough.

But as soon as the ale crosses middle palate, the sweetness releases and the racy zing of peach ramps up. The beer's natural sourness of crabapple, lime, lemon, gooseberry and sour white grape gives an added zestiness to the peach flavors that quickly gain command of the flavor. But the apple and the pineapple additions give an extra roundness to the peaches and give it a stewed cobbler character. Remaining creamy, the beer's fuller, stronger and soothing taste and textures buffer against the bracing tartness for suggestions of balance and palatability.

Medium bodied but trending light, the acidity and peppery alcohol link up with the remnants of fruit tannin and sourness for a drying mouthfeel with a plump and ripe fruit impression. A medium-short aftertaste of creamy wheat, peach and cereal echo briefly on the after palate.
