Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (~10% clarity) medium and bright orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Moderate aromas of lemon citrus, citrus rind, lemon starburst, with some grapefruit and vinous notes. Then a strong herbal and floral component. Grassy and floral herbs, flower, sassafras, dandelion. Not too dank though. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, lemon citrus rind, lemon starburst. Citrus flower that evolves into a grassy herbal component. Flowery herbs, dandelion, sassafras, arugula. Not too dank and it ultimately finishes with a citrus flower and bitter herbal note that has hints of citrus. Relatively bitter, but also somewhat sweet finish. (4.00)
Feel: Medium to heavier bodied. Moderate carbonation. A lingering herbal and floral finish on the palate. (4.00)
Compared to Maplewood Riwaka Juice Pants 8/24/22: Pours a similar appearance. Milder aromas. More herbal, flower, lemon citrus. Less juicy citrus, grapefruit, orange, passionfruit, and tropical berry notes. Dryer, bitter, and cleaner.
Overall: A nice hazy and herbal NEIPA here. Hazy and lemon citrus is pronounced, but balanced by a strong herbal and grassy component. A smooth mouthfeel and ultimately drinks clean. Very well-crafted haze and probably deserves a higher rating. Slightly more herbal than my preference, but still drinks nicely. (Rating: 3.99)

There's really no limit to how IPA can taste, and with so many new hops available to brewers and the various techniques leave the next flavor up to the brewers imagination. Untitled Art brewers settle on Citra, Mosaic and Talus hops in an imperial, New England-styled hop bomb.
Pale and turbidly gold, Version 13 of Hazy IIPA carries a fine and silt-like appearance while building a creamy eggshell froth. As a sharply herbal, citrusy, berry and tropical scent floods the nose, a sprucy, dank and juicy character brings about a strong citronella perfume. Creamy, cereal-like and sweeter to start, the malt influences of the ale set a grain flavored tone of cream, dough, honey and starch.
But the real stars of the show are the hops. They shine with a radiant upstart of tangerine, pink grapefruit, mango and papaya. Trending quickly herbal, the floral upstart leads to a spicy vegetal taste of tea, lemon pepper, sassafras, hemp, arugula and mint are embedded inside a bitter finish of resinous and peppery pine.
Medium-full in body and trending dry and bitter, this version is a departure from the common hazy ale because of its focus on bitter and more vegetal sides of hops and showcasing their bitterness and spice. An herbal and cannabis-fueled finish leads to a long and piquant spruce bitterness with elements of more earthy gins.
