Right off the bat this is an ugly ass beer. Big chunks of matter floating in this one make that drab, opaque cloudy appearance worse. Sudsy, frothy off white head forms and quickly disappears from the head of the beer. Aroma has notes of peach - fresh, ripe peaches off the branch, freshly cut peaches, fresh baked peaches, just peaches. Not much else going on here except - PEACHES. Which, let's be honest, I am not complaining about - its delicious - but it is one dimensional.
Taste is .... incredibly unpleasant. What is going on here? It tastes like old overly ripe peaches. There is a strong metallic flavor and the fruit tastes gross. Very disappointing. Feel is medium bodied. Light carbonation.
Overall this is incredibly disappointing - I dont think Im going to finish the whole 16 oz can.

16oz can poured into a goblet; bright, glowing sunset orange with an off-yellow head; strong, authentic stone fruit impressions right off the bat, peach and apricot, minor orange and pineapple as well but the peach is really the star of the show, fresh and fruity without much sourness, no artificial notes and very minor impressions of malt backbone either. For as good as this was, and it is well-executed, I was still hoping for more on the palate...dare I say, it could have been more peachy?

tons of peaches in this, not too sour, robust and contemporary, somewhat more genuine than some of their others. these guys have come to idaho in serious style, with an awful lot of beers right out of the gate, a cool way to launch a market, and it has been fun to drink through a number of their beers right away, i had real limited exposure before now, seems like they do a little bit of everything. this has a lot of sweetness to it, like to the extent that i dont really want to drink very much of it, but the deliciousness cannot be denied, and the authenticity of the fruit is high, super ripe and drippy and juicy in aroma and flavor, which to me are almost identical in this, perhaps just a little brighter in the flavor. nectarous and juicy, subtle honey and vanilla nuances behind the peach, starchy and full of body but not really malty in the taste to me, not sure what kind of other adjuncts are in this, but lactose wouldnt surprise me at all. there is an almost bellini aspect to this, with solid carbonation and the fuzzy sweet peach. the sourness is clean, well restrained, and with a highlighting lemon notes, really pretty low on the acid overall. flavorful and palate coating and even distinctive in this modern fruited sour space, this is more in line with what i expected from them after a couple of weird ones back to back in their unimpressive american pils and their definitely not a beer gluten free mango mochi ice cream sour thing. definitely some ambitious stuff these guys are putting out, excited to drink through more of it. this is too sweet for much volume, but its real tasty.

Doubling down on their smoothie ale options, Untitled Art could easily rest on a single dose of peaches, but no. Only a double dose will do in their Fruited Sour series that's just peachy.
Pouring an expected peachy-gold with deeper glowing hues, Double Peach cosies into the glass with a blanket of cottony white froth. With the strong scent of peaches at the helm, the nose is greeted with the creaminess of pastry dough and a tangy scent of citrus, wine and cider. Creamy and sweet on the tongue, flavors of sourdough, taffy and pastry dough provides a coat of grain sweetness to protect against the sourness.
But as the brisk acidity of the beer washes away the creamy malt sweetness, it paves the way to highlight the peach fruitiness as it links up with the fruit's own racy and peppery acids. With the grains fading and the fruit rising, the full flavor of peach puree saturates the tastebuds in anticipation of a late palate of cidery warmth, stone fruit and in smoothie-like proportions.
Full bodied for sour ale, the immense peach character keeps the session plump and with a spicier, drier and tangy balance that shows a glimpse of refreshment through the full flavor and full texture of fruit.
