Untitled Art Ice Cream Waffle Pastry Stout (Milk Stout), 8% ABV. Pours thick and black with a nice four-finger medium-brown head that left no lacing. Nose is an incredible mashup of vanilla ice cream, waffle batter, and light maple syrup. Taste follows, though it's not as sweet as you'd expect for a pastry stout, and slightly bitter. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent. Too bad this didn't taste even half as good as it smells.

Pours a midnight black with a half a finger soapy head that is lightly darkened.
Smells of chocolate. Kind of like chocolate milk but with a deeper chocolate but not quite dark.
Medium bodied, taste is of chocolate, maybe a bit of maple in there as well. Kind of milky and thins out towards the finish

L: Poured from a 12oz can into a sniffer - very thin layered easy pour, jet black inky appearance followed with a huge head. Taking quite a while to dissolve.
S: Ohh, this smells just like ice cream. Thick lactose vanilla aromas with breakfast waffles thrown in there.
T: Not as sweet as expected, getting a nutty cashew flavor that's unexpected. Still getting the vanilla ice cream only less sweet with flavors of waffles as well. Having a maple syrup after taste as well.
F: heavy bodied, can't taste the 8% at all, slight acidity. Pretty easy to drink.
O: I was expecting this to be a bit sweeter being honest but this works out just fine. I wouldn't call this an extraordinary beer but its one to try for the books. Won't be buying again.

When breakfast becomes dessert, and that dessert becomes beer, that's when Untitled Art steps in. Jam packed with culinary delight, their Milk Stout goes under major renovation to create an imperial pastry stout laced with ice cream and waffle flavor.
Onyx black and reflecting a mirror-like sheen, Ice Cream Waffle Pastry Stout builds a dense meringue of light tan foam with a rife pastry scent of fresh baked waffle, chocolate, coffee, cream candy, vanilla and condensed milk. Straight out of the candy shop, the first sip is cloyingly sweet with dense grain, cereal, heavy cream, sugar, maple and vanilla in a full dessert fashion.
With a thick cling of sugars to the middle palate, the beer is coating like brownie batter, fully saturating with fudge, cake, sweet cream, coffee, chocolate and maple pecan. Somewhat like pecan pie, mocha latte and kahlua, the late taste shows a slightly grownup taste with the spice of booze and a mild coffee bitterness offering a slim resemblance of bitterness.
Full, cloying and downright thick, the one twelve-ounce can is an easy sharable pour for an average Mormon family as it is reckless to assume that one person could finish a full can without the threat of diabetic shock.

Pours creamy bronze brown with a good head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving a clean glass. Aroma is sweet vanilla and almost maple. Taste is thinner than expected and not as sweet as the aroma might suggest. Caramel, vanilla and maple permeate the profile but fade quickly.
