Gusher.
16oz can pours out milky purple/pink with a small pink head with a few huge interspersed bubbles. Berries and tartness, sweetness and creaminess, vanilla and milk, blueberries and raspberry sherbet...this is still pretty impressive even though I'm wondering how its considered beer...

Taking ale to a soft serve place where its never gone before, Untitled Art's gluten free sour might by shy on grain proteins but its certainly not that on fruit nor cream.
With a surprisingly pale fuchsia pour, the pastel, matte and somewhat soft chalky pour looks like the color you seen on children's sidewalks, With a bubbly cauldron rising like a 5th grade science fair project , Passionberry Cream rounds the nose with a tantalizing and tangy scent of berry, cream and tartness as suggestions of cider and wine soon follow. Sweet cream wraps around bold fruit puree for an opening taste that's very much sherbet.
As the creamy sweetness slowly fades away, the fruit flavor of mixed berry, citrus, green apple, white grape and gooseberry weaves in and out of a strong vanilla, cream and candied character to reinforce the notions of soft serve ice cream with a tangy flavor that trails into a flavorful but off-clean late palate.
Medium-full in body, the linger of fruit and cream prevents a higher rate of refreshment or dryness. But that full flavors add to the beer's culinary expression. Now, this glass will never ever get clean; I might as well burn it and buy another one.
