Strawberry Daiquiri Gluten Free Sour

One of untitled Art's finest in my opinion. It's a simple 3 note sour done outstandingly well. The initial aroma is a strong but florally natural strawberry but you definitely get not just hints of lime zest but a definite alcohol backbone (hence it's inspiration). The flavor profile delivers in spades with a fresh strawberry barrage upfront with lime juice adding some zing and just the right amount of sour to be plenty for most sourheads but not overwhelming for those who don't know what to expect. Then there's the smooth and bold alcohol finish at the end. Too much and this beer would be awful but it more or less gives you the feel of drinking a traditional daiquiri but in beer form.
