I guess we'll call this review "the second disappointing UA beer I had in Kimberly, Wisconsin." Beautiful town and lady though.

Pours a heavier appearance than average, has a very caramel color/malt heavy look going for it. The aroma was super disappointing. Nelson hops? Couldn't even tell. I mean, that is pretty crazy. Nelson. Nothing. There weren't any bad smells, but the commercial tug job referencing 4 different sexy hops comes up short here. Just a mild vegetal edge to it.

The taste is just strange in its ability to conjure up old hazy ipa ideas. It has that copper penny bitterness despite being a down under hopped hazy dipa. This, does, not, make, sense. Why u do dis? On paper, this beer should be awesome. It is far from it in execution. I don't know, was this old?

I've had good enough UA beers at Funk Factory, but for some reason, I got back to back underwhelming ones here as guest taps. This one just came across the whole time as old and bitter just like the carousel riders after they hit the wall.

Nice combination of malt and citrus especially orange. Not very carbonated. This is very enjoyable and this brewery is consistently good with the brews I’ve tried before.

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice slightly hazy golden orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, nectarine, apricot, apple), very nice little diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, nectarine, apricot, apple), very nice little sweetness, very nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake! Nice to see UA around again.
